Expanded Terms of Service for Dallas Fort Worth Website Design

1. Acceptance of our Terms
By using our Website and or services, you unequivocally agree to be bound by all these Terms of Service. You must not use our services if you do not accept these terms.

2. Services
As explained in our service agreements, our services include website designing and development and related services. The exact scope of work is detailed in separate project contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing the needed content and materials on time.
- You must review and approve designs within the agreed-upon timeframes.
- You shall pay all invoices within the time set in the payment terms.

4. Intellectual Property
- We fully own all original templates, themes, and frameworks created before or during the project.
- You will have a license to use the final website design after full payment for the work performed.
- You retain rights to pictures, writing, and other materials you provide for the project.

5. Payment Terms
- To start working, a down payment of 40% is compulsory.
- The remaining balance is due in full upon project completion.

"Once services are rendered, all time spent on labor and associated fees is non-reimbursable."
B. "No compensation or reimbursement will be given back for labor costs, regardless of the client's satisfaction."
C. This policy is in place because time and skills invested in the project can never be regained once used.

E. "If the project is terminated before completion, the company may refund only hours of labor unused at the company's discretion."

6. Revisions and Changes
- Two revisions are available in the project scope; no exceptions exist.
- Additional changes or revisions after this will entail extra charges.

7. Project Delays and Cancellation
- Any delay from your side will result in the project being rescheduled.
- Cancellation fees are as per the project contract.

8. Limitation of Liability
If there is a dispute that puts us in intentional default of being wrong, our liability is strictly limited to the total amount you have paid for our services. We are not responsible for any secondary, consequential, or incidental harm.

9. Warranty and Disclaimer
We guarantee that our work will be defects-free for 30 days after launch. This warranty precedes any others, whether explicitly stated or implied by Law.

10. Governing Law
All disagreements will be settled only in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms
We may change any of these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted to the Website. Continuing to use the Services signifies your agreement to the then-current Terms of Service.
